These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services of HIIT IT LLC, doing business as Society 3 ("Society 3," "we," "us"), located at 21144 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms.

Memberships and purchases

Membership purchases, class packs, and drop-ins are governed by the specific agreement presented at the time of purchase, including the Society 3 Membership Agreement, Liability Waiver & Informed Consent, and Studio Policies. Those agreements, together with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Society 3. Billing, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in your membership agreement.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name: Society 3 Studio Updates.

Program description: by opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Society 3 (HIIT IT LLC, 21144 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364), including class reminders, booking and appointment notifications, and marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel at any time: reply STOP to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. For assistance, reply HELP for help, email meow@society3studios.com, or call (818) 936-6229.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our websites and services lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any messaging or booking features.

Intellectual property

The Society 3 name, logo, content, and materials are owned by HIIT IT LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our websites and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk, addressed in the Liability Waiver & Informed Consent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Society 3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution terms in your membership agreement where applicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
